Home Repair
Applications for Holston Habitat’s Home Repair Program are open and will remain open until the available repair funding is exhausted. Homeowners living in Sullivan, Washington, and Carter Counties, TN and Bristol, VA who are in need of the following critical repairs or accessibility modifications are encouraged to apply:
• Porch and deck repairs
• Installation of wheelchair ramps
• Roof repairs and replacement
• Gutter repairs
• HVAC repairs and replacement
Funding for this program is limited and applications will be chosen on a first qualified, first selected basis. If you or someone you know are interested in applying for this program, please call 423-239-7689 ext. 806 to request an application by mail or revisit this page to download and print an application packet once the application period opens.
Holston Habitat does more than build houses. We also bring people together to build communities and hope. We assist homeowners with limited financial resources in restoring and maintaining their homes through affordable critical home repairs and accessibility modifications. The repairs we complete impact the health and safety of the homeowners and the preservation of the home. Home repairs are led by trained crew leaders and completed by volunteers or subcontractors.
