Attire
Formal attire is encouraged! While most guests opt for dark suits or floor-length gowns, elegant cocktail dresses, dressy separates, and classic black-tie looks are equally fitting for the evening.
 
Arrival & Registration
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for cocktail hour. Upon arrival, guests will check in and receive their table assignment. Sponsor tables seat eight guests each.
Evening Overview
The evening will begin with a champagne reception, followed by a seated dinner and a program highlighting stories of impact from Holston Habitat’s 40-year history.

A Wine Pull fundraiser with red, white, and bubbly selections

Inspiring stories from Habitat homeowners and volunteers

An opportunity to give during our program, with ways to donate via secure QR code or by check using the provided Habitat envelope.
 
Wine Pull Details
Our Wine Pull fundraiser will be located near the registration area. For $20, guests can make a blind pull from our collection of wrapped bottles—each valued at $25 or more. Choose from red, white, or sparkling selections. Some bottles are everyday favorites, while others are premium surprises—all of which benefit Holston Habitat’s mission.
Bar and Alcohol Policy
To help make our 40th Anniversary Blueprints & Bubbly Gala an enjoyable evening for all, please note the following details about alcohol service at the event:
- 
Guests will be offered a complimentary cocktail during the cocktail hour (5:30–6:30 p.m.).
 
- 
A cash bar will be available during dinner and the program.
 - 
Guests of our top two sponsorship levels will receive VIP wristbands at registration, which include complimentary drinks at the bar throughout the evening.
 - 
Outside alcohol is not permitted at the venue.
 - 
Guests may also participate in our Wine Pull, a fun fundraiser benefiting Holston Habitat for Humanity’s mission of building homes, communities, and hope.
 
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the evening safe, celebratory, and focused on building a brighter future together!
Menu
Dinner will be prepared by Main Street Café & Catering, featuring a seasonal menu that celebrates the flavors of fall.
Autumn Caesar Salad

A seasonal twist on the classic, served with crisp greens, roasted squash croutons, and house‑made dressing.
 
Entrées
- 
Maple Syrup Dijon Mustard Chicken – Tender chicken infused with a sweet and tangy maple‑dijon brine.
 - 
Stuffed Pork Tenderloin – Juicy pork tenderloin filled with sautéed mushrooms, shallots, and garlic, finished with a rich house gravy.
 
Sides
- 
Roasted Fingerling Potatoes – Golden, herb‑roasted fingerlings cooked to perfection.
 - 
Sautéed Broccolini – Lightly seasoned and sautéed for a fresh, crisp bite.
 
Desserts
- 
An assortment of mini cheesecakes topped with fresh fruit or Snickers crumble, and mini pies featuring apple and chocolate pecan varieties.
 - 
A specialty cake by Cakes by Angela will also be featured to celebrate this milestone evening.
 
Tea and water will be available throughout dinner.
What to Bring
No printed tickets are required. Donation cards will be provided at your seat, along with a Holston Habitat envelope for secure check donations. A QR code will also be available for mobile giving.
