January Team Spotlight: Kelsie Dulaney

We’re excited to welcome one of the newest members of our team and kick off the year by introducing Kelsie M. Dulaney, our new Director of Programs!

Kelsie joined Holston Habitat for Humanity on December 16, 2025, and already plays a vital role in helping move our mission forward. As Director of Programs, she provides leadership across our home construction and home repair efforts, helping guide the strategic direction of our programs in partnership with our Executive Director. From working directly with homeownership applicants to leading outreach efforts, managing grants, and ensuring the overall success of our programs, Kelsie helps connect our community to the heart of Habitat’s work.

What Kelsie values most about working at Holston Habitat is the people and the impact. Seeing disaster relief repairs in action has been especially meaningful to her, knowing that families will have a warm, safe place to live is, in her words, perspective-changing.

A true Tennessee native, Kelsie proudly says she’s “Tennessee born, Tennessee bred, and Tennessee dead.” Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son, Hudson, cheering on college football and basketball, reading, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. One fun fact many people don’t know? Kelsie spent much of her college experience learning to create art quilts, work that has toured across the country and even been sold as artwork.

We’re grateful for the leadership, compassion, and creativity Kelsie brings to our team, and we’re excited to see the impact she’ll continue to make alongside our community. Join us in giving a warm welcome to Kelsie! 💙
